My name is Nori Donais and I am a 2D artist currently enrolled in the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Rooted in realism, I focus primarily on fantasy concept art with subjects both in environment and character design. I enjoy giving life to designs by creating the fantastical in a realistic fully rendered artwork. My goal as an artist is to work on concepts for film and game.
I began my art career primarily working in traditional pen and ink. I have now transferred that technical skill into digital painting, which is my primary medium. I work in the programs Procreate and Photoshop with an iPad Pro and Wacom Tablet. On the side of my professional career I enjoy painting in gouache and continuing my studies in ink.
