Artist Registry Application

Artist Registry is a service of the Lake Region Arts Council and is intended to help link artists from this region with each other and with professional opportunities. It will not be used for any other purpose. By registering, artists can multiply their exposure, professional opportunities, and have greater contact with fellow artists. The registry is not intended, nor will it be used, as an endorsement of an artist's qualifications or abilities.

To register, complete this form, then click the SUBMIT button. We require a profile image and a few work samples with each profile. Work samples can include video files, mp3 files, PDF files of writing samples, and jpegs or png files of images.

When providing your bio information, please write it in such a way as to be easily understood by the general public, and not in the form of a resumé.
